Experience : Experience of minimum 2 years in equivalent grade and must have 12 years post qualification experience in a large Engineering Industry in Finance & Accounts Deptt.
Age Limit as on date : 44 Yrs
Manager (Finance & Accounts ):
No. of Posts : 01
Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant / ICWA
Experience : Experience of minimum 2 years in equivalent grade
and must have 10 years post qualification experience in a large Engineering Industry in Finance & Accounts Deptt.
Age Limit as on date : 40 Yrs
Manager (Information Technology) :
No. of Posts : 01
Qualification : Graduate in Engg. Or MS in Engg. with IT Stream from a reputed Institute.
Experience : Experience of minimum 2 years in equivalent grade

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS :-1. Candidates should ensure that they fulfill the essential eligibility criteria prescribed for the post for which they apply. In case it is found at any stage of the selection process or even after appointment that the candidate has furnished false or incorrect information or suppressed any relevant information/material facts or does not fulfill the essential eligibility criteria, his/her candidature/services are liable for rejection/termination without notice.
2. Persons employed in Govt./Semi-Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous
bodies should apply through proper channel or produce “No Objection Certificate” at
the time of Interview.
3. Applications which are incomplete in any details, not legible, or without all enclosures as indicated or received after the due date will be rejected and no correspondence on this will be entertained.
4. Any form of canvassing will be disqualification and will render the candidate ineligible for selection.
5. Candidates should carefully fill up the Category (SC/ST/OBC/PH) in the application
form and the required documentary proof should be submitted. In the event of being
selected and appointed, if it is found that such a statement is false, the candidate will be liable for suitable action including termination and prosecution.
6. Candidates belonging to OBC category but not covered under ‘ Non-creamy layer’
should indicate their category as “General”.
7. Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and / or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in Allahabad and the Courts /Tribunals/Forums at Allahabad only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
8. A Non – Refundable Processing / examination Fee of Rs. 500/- is payable by General
and OBC candidates at the time of submission of application. SC/ST and Physically
Challenged candidates are exempted from paying this fee.
9. Candidates short-listed for interview will be paid 2nd AC Train fare for posts at Sr.No. 1,2 & 3 and 3rd AC Train fare for posts at Sr. No. 4 & 5, to and fro from the starting station or the mailing address whichever is nearer to the place of interview and back by the shortest route on production of proof of journey.

Mode of Selection :The mode of selection of candidate shall be based on personal interview.
No further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
Copies of following certificates should be enclosed with the application.
1. Proof of Date of Birth.
2. Degree/PG Degree/ PG Diploma Certificates
3. Caste/Community Certificate for SC/ST candidates.
4. OBC Caste Certificate indicating Non-Creamy Layer status for OBC candidates.
5. OBC candidates are also required to enclose a self-undertaking that they belong to
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) as per the specimen self-undertaking given below.
6. Medical Certificate for Physically Challenged indicating clearly the percentage of
handicap.
7. Experience and Training.
